HELLO, MY NAME IS

Taking the first steps to start the therapeutic process can be anxiety provoking. As a clinician, I strive to establish an environment in which clients feel comfortable, safe, and free of judgment. I believe that everyone has the strength and resilience to become their best self. In an effort to do so, I aim to help clients recognize and focus on their strengths, recognize nonadaptive patterns, and help guide them to deeper levels of awareness. Therapy is a collaborative process and I am dedicated to working together with clients to set up and meet their goals. As a first generation Mexican American woman, I understand the importance of mental health and societal pressures in marginalized communities. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and identities.
