An independent researcher, trainer and psychotherapist who has been working with individuals, couples and families for more than a decade. Written academic articles on psychoanalysis, Sufism, sexuality (kink, pornography), and relationships along with psychosocial oncology and has presented her research in Pakistan, North America and Europe. Her practice revolves around a trauma-informed and holistic paradigm, utilizing principles from Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused, and Cognitive Behavior therapy and natural health practices.

🛋️ I have been practicing for over 12 years

🎓 Ph.D. Clinical Psychology (2019), certifications in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (PCEFT, USA, 2020), Sex Therapy (CIIS, USA, 2020), Pelvic Floor Health and Vitality (AASECT, USA), Equitable Care (ECC, USA, 2024). She also has a diploma in Natural Health (AMCC, Canada, 2012), and certified Reiki Healer (Institute of Mind Sciences, Pakistan, 2005).

👥 Clientele:I have worked with clients from the ages of infancy to late adulthood. I work with people who are dealing with the impact
of the social structures, politics, environmental stressors work or otherwise, disabilities (visible or otherwise), intrinsic beliefs and legal and medical systems (or lack thereof). The body, mind and soul are all intrinsically linked, and we do not operate in a vacuum, so support systems are intrinsic to our well-being. Therefore, my practice involves a multifaceted approach that is open-minded, while tapping into the mental, physical, sexual, spiritual, occupational, and social needs of clients.
