I work with neurodivergent folks navigate intimate interpersonal relationships and heal from childhood traumas by creating more capacity in the nervous system for emotional regulation, and emotional processing. We work together to understand the unique sensory needs of an individual and support their nervous system, so that they show up in life authentically and with agency.
