I aim to offer support as you navigate life's joys and challenges and create a pathway towards meeting your personal goals. As we work together, I hope to share tools and skills that encourage confidence in your own strengths and abilities and to hone in anywhere you'd like to see shifts. With me, counseling is a collaborative and creative process. My approach is always curiosity and non-judgment. Whether we are focusing on trauma, abuse, grief, interpersonal conflicts, or life changes and big decisions, I am here to encourage you as you find clarity and healing.

I am a patient and loving person and come from a trauma-informed care background as a survivor myself and through specific training as a certified trauma and resilience counselor. I am first gen chinese and mixed race, agender, chronically ill, a widow, and autistic. I work well with those who experience trauma, grief, gender feelings, chronic poverty and homelessness, queer relationships, open relationships, substance use or proximity to substance use, and much more.
